About

Stephanie currently works as a content producer and program manager across external sites and sales enablement hubs, having published hundreds of technology articles for ReadWrite.com and Cisco’s newsroom. Her trending news reports, interviews, on-the-ground reporting, and long-form culture pieces have reached over 50,000 pageviews and have been republished by Business Insider and PopSugar. Through directing and producing videos for AWS and Cisco’s YouTube channels, Stephanie has cultivated a passion for on-camera work and behind-the-scenes production. Her highest performing videos have resulted in millions of views on social media.

Serving as an on-camera reporter for Cisco’s largest, global conferences, Stephanie has interviewed executives and partners, helping to keep online and in-person attendees engaged and informed. She has also worked with Cisco's social media and storytelling teams to advance and develop the company's video presence across its social channels, creating digestible and informative pieces of content.

As a San Francisco native, Stephanie has always been fascinated by the intersection of arts, culture, and technology. She began her love story with media and communications as an on-air anchor for Taylor Middle School’s daily news broadcasts, where she proudly shared the day’s lunch menu to her schoolmates. It continued into high school, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the school paper, The Thunderbolt. In both her undergraduate and master's degrees, Stephanie studied media, technology, and cultural studies, finding a passion in content across mediums like poetry, short fiction, and film.

Stephanie loves volunteering with local senior citizens and at Asian American community centers. With lineage in Hong Kong, her diasporic experience fuels much of her artistic passion. She also finds herself in a myriad of fandoms, like cerebral filmmaking, surrealist artists, K-pop, horror films, mindfulness, true crime, and cats. She writes about some of these things in her blog.
